Practice and employment

The department actively organizes professional practices and promotes the employment of students, ensuring their integration into the professional environment of the textile industry. Types of professional practice:

In accordance with the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and

Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal rules of ATU, students of the educational program "Technology and design of textile materials", as well as in other areas of the department "Technology of textile production" undergo the following types of professional practice:

• Educational practice – familiarization with the basics of the profession and preparation for further education.
• Production practice – participation in real production processes.
•  Pre–graduate practice - in-depth study of production technologies before writing a thesis.

Practice bases:

Practical training of students is organized at the leading enterprises of the textile industry of Kazakhstan, as well as in specialized laboratories of ATU:

Cooperation and employment:

The department actively cooperates with enterprises of the textile industry to attract manufacturing specialists to the educational process, as well as for the employment of graduates.
